Caroline Ghosn
millennial mentor
When Caroline Ghosn met Amanda Pouchot their first day on the job at consulting firm McKinsey, she had no idea the only other woman on her team would become her "peer mentor" and close friend. It wasn't long before they were applying what they'd learned to help other young women. After moving on from their first start-up, the two women co-founded Levo League ~ Lean In for Millennials.
Caroline and the company have grown astoundingly in just a few years. With $7 million in investment and millions of young women and experienced professionals who share Caroline's mission of "democratizing success," Levo is taking on the Old Boys' Club. And, offering an alternative...with an open-door policy.

Caroline and fellow PYP co-founder Amanda Pouchot launched the Levo League with the intent of bringing peer mentor and social components to the standard job board/news sites already available. "Democratizing success" is Caroline's pet phrase for Levo's mission (along with Susan B. Anthony's rallying cry, "Equal Pay for Equal Work").
